Booking Process & Payment
Bookings shall be requested through our bookings system or per e-mail or phone. The minimum stay for all bookings is 3 days. The maximum stay is 30 days. For bookings longer that 30 days you can contact us directly.
In order to confirm bookings, COCO SURFHOUSE requires the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
Payment methods
You can pay directly via Credit Card or Paypal. You can choose to pay the full amount of the stay or a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in day in cash or with debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Prices
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR). Prices may be subjected to change if the circumstances necessitate.
Price changes do not affect already confirmed bookings, and a client has the right to receive services at the rates stated in the booking confirmation.
Promotions and discounts
Promotions are valid for direct bookings only.
Promotions and campaigns are not valid in conjunction with other discounts. Black Friday promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other discount.
Cancellation of services and no-show
The client can cancel the booking for free up to 5 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 5 days prior to the arrival date.
If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the total price of the booking.
