Booking terms and conditions

Booking Process & Payment

Reservations made through this website require the completion of the booking form and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once the reservation is confirmed, the user will receive a confirmation email detailing the services contracted, dates, and total price.
The minimum stay for all bookings is 3 days. The maximum stay is 30 days. For bookings longer that 30 days you can contact us directly.
In order to confirm bookings, COCO SURFHOUSE requires the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount.

Payment methods
You can pay directly via Credit Card or Paypal. You can choose to pay the full amount of the stay or a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in day in cash or with debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Prices
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR). Prices may be subjected to change if the circumstances necessitate. All prices shown include applicable taxes (IGIC or VAT, as required).
Price changes do not affect already confirmed bookings, and a client has the right to receive services at the rates stated in the booking confirmation.

Promotions and discounts
Promotions are valid for direct bookings only.
Promotions and campaigns are not valid in conjunction with other discounts. Black Friday promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other discount.

Cancellation of services and no-show
Free Cancellation: The client can cancel the booking for free up to 5 days before the arrival date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the arrival date will incur a penalty of 50%.
No Show: If the client does not show up or cancel before 24h of the arrival date, they will have to pay the total price of the booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: From 13:00
  • Check-Out Time: Before 11:00
  • Guests are required to present a valid ID or passport at check-in.

Use of Facilities

  • The coworking space and surf equipment are for exclusive use of registered guests.
  • Guests must use the equipment responsibly and follow the safety rules provided.
  • Coco Nomad is not responsible for accidents or improper use of the equipment.

Liability

  • Coco Nomad will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
  • The company reserves the right to charge for any damages caused by guests to the property or provided equipment.

Data Protection and Privacy
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish regulations, Coco Nomad informs you that your personal data will be processed solely for the management of reservations, billing, and communication related to your stay.

Image and Video Use
During the stay or participation in activities organized by Coco Nomad, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, including publication on social media, the website, or advertising materials.

If you do not wish to appear in these images or recordings, please inform us expressly at the time of your arrival or during the activity.
